Boxer - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog - Bruce URGENT
Description
Bruce is a wonderful guy who has suffered some abuse/neglect in the past. He is a bit shy at first, unsure whether he is going to be hit, but once he hears kissy noises and a kind voice, he just melts into tail wags and face licks. He moves like a dopey puppy when he is excited, but is a full grown adult of about fifty pounds. He has a big adorable wrinkly head which makes us think he's an AmStaff/Boxer/Mastiff mix. When he smiles, it is heartwarming to see how forgiving a dog can be that has been treated poorly by humans. Bruce would be best as an only dog, or possibly with a submissive female. He is housebroken and crate trained and in desperate need of an immediate foster home to show him what its like to be loved. His situation is urgent as he cannot stay where he is for much longer. This dog is located in the Bloomington/Normal area.
